Florida / fully remote position Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour Job

Connect with clients in a way that feels natural —like they can
finally let their guard down. Offer therapy that’s grounded in
research but delivered in a conversational, modern way. Work with
young adults facing the unique challenges of this generation:
burnout, high-functioning anxiety, overthinking, identity
questions, and more. Bring your whole self to sessions—personality
encouraged, not stifled. Keep clear, timely notes (we know, not the
sexiest part of the job, but we keep it simple). Collaborate with a
supportive, like-minded team who gets it. What We’re Looking For: A
licensed therapist (LMHC, LCSW, etc.) who gets the younger adult
experience. Strong clinical foundation—but even stronger people
skills . Someone who’s warm, personable, and easy to talk to (bonus
points if clients describe you as “the therapist who actually gets
me”). An appreciation for work-life balance (because we practice
what we preach). Comfort using tech for documentation and virtual
