Strong interpersonal skills are a requirement to provide leadership and support to maintain working relationships with internal and / or external customers. Constant evaluation and monitoring of services assures quality care to the patient. This individual may participate in hospital wide committees and respiratory care throughout Baptist Health and effectively communicate with all team members.Qualifications:Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Licenses & Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist Pediatric Advanced Life Support Neonatal Resuscitation Program CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Additional Qualifications: Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/ CPR Card. ACLS, PALS, NRP required per department standards.Candidate must have 1 year prior experience working in acute setting with NICU patient population.EOEby Jobble
