Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Health Guide in the
US who will provide comprehensive support and guidance to members
in their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to company members, offering education,
referrals, concierge activities, and guidance
Coordinate the surgery process, including scheduling, approval, and
patient placement
Connect with members across various communication channels,
adapting to their unique needs and building trust-based
relationships
Require Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of customer relationship and phone center
experience
Fluency in English and Spanish
Prior healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical
terminology and health benefits or claims process
Basic understanding of the healthcare system
Strong administrative and technical skills, including proficiency
in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and telecommunication software
