The RN demonstrates the following core competencies and behaviors, nursing process, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, flexibility, organizational skills, accountability, and leadership.Estimated pay range for this position is %2436.94 - %2449.09 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications Degrees: Associates Licenses Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Basic Life Support Pediatric Advanced Life Support Registered Nurse Additional Qualifications: Certification in area of practice and life support (BLS, PALS, ACLS) as per department standard. RN must complete preceptor class within six months of hire. 1 year experience preferred and CNO discretion approval for less than 1 year.
