  Sign On for Part Time Speech Therapist is $4,000 with a 24-month commitment.
  Summary
  The Speech Therapist is responsible for evaluation and treatment of pediatric outpatients with a wide variety of communication, cognitive, voice and swallowing disorders. The Speech Therapist develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures relative to care and treatment of patients.
  Fellowship to obtain C's not currently available.
  Education Required: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders
  Experience Required: Pediatric and Adult experience preferred.
  Certifications Required: Florida Speech Therapist License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, American Heart Association BLS
