Are you available for a temporary contract opportunity in Florida ? For this position you will use your nursing experience to provide therapeuticand compassionate patient care. We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN ) that works well in a hospice environment.The qualified candidate will work a 13 week contract with an amazing team of a physician and medical assistants.Day or Night shifts available12 hour shiftsJob Details:RN will be responsible for assessing patients' needs while utilizing nursing processes.RN will manage the patients record and ensure proper documentationRN will demonstrate a collaborative approach to patients' care with team membersRN will ensure discharge needs are metRN will support patient's familyWe cover your malpractice and pay as 1099.We do not offer health benefitsJob Requirements:QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBSN preferred but not requiredFlorida Nursing License1 year medical surgical experience preferred or a minimum of one year Hospice hospital experience preferredBLSB. Skills:Preferred CHPN Certification.Must possess ability to assess physical and psychosocial needs of patient and family.Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized, flexible, self-motivated with ability to relate to all levels of the professional medical team.Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills.
