We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN ) that works well in a hospice environment.Full robust benefits, PTO and competitive salary Day or Night shifts available12 hour shiftsJob Details:RN will be responsible for assessing patients' needs while utilizing nursing processes.RN will manage the patients record and ensure proper documentationRN will demonstrate a collaborative approach to patients' care with team membersRN will ensure discharge needs are metRN will support patient's familyJob Requirements:QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBSN preferred but not requiredFlorida Nursing License1 year medical surgical experience preferred or a minimum of one year Hospice hospital experience preferredBLSB. Skills:Preferred CHPN Certification.Must possess ability to assess physical and psychosocial needs of patient and family.Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized, flexible, self-motivated with ability to relate to all levels of the professional medical team.Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills.
