The Registered Nurse will be a professional registered nurse who administers research study agents Including Phase I, standard chemotherapy and biotherapy agents, and non---chemotherapy medications. He/she will administer care to pediatric oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplant and non-oncology patients as well as with multiple disease process' In the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic. In addition, the Pediatric Chemotherapy Nurse may assist in sedations and procedures In the treatment room in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic.Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required.Current/valid Florida nursing license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.Three (3) years recent pediatric hematology-oncology nursing experience.Recent experience in administering chemotherapy and biotherapy agents.Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherap--y& Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider course.
