Job Description:
Inpatient opening in Boca Raton, Florida. DirectShifts is
seeking a Physical Therapist to work in Boca Raton, FL
Position Summary: Responsible for evaluation and treatment of
inpatients and outpatients upon referral from a physician. The PT
develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is
responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in
accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures relative to
care and treatment of patients
Qualifications:
Education Required: Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy or
Doctorate Physical Therapy based on state requirements.
Certifications Required: Florida Physical Therapist License;
American Heart Association BLS
JOB TYPE: Full-Time SHIFT TYPE: Days
