Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pain Management Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct coverage reviews based on member plan benefits and coverage
review policies
Document clinical review findings and outcomes in accordance with
policies and regulatory requirements
Communicate and collaborate with network and non-network providers
to determine accurate and timely benefit determinations
Required Qualifications:
M.D or D.O. with board certification in Pain Management
Active unrestricted license to practice medicine
5+ years of clinical practice experience post residency
Sound understanding of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)
Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
