Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with Federal partners, acting as
the primary liaison between Program and Partner
Coordinate and communicate service delivery to Federal partners,
including managing budgets and tracking key funding documents
Identify and drive new growth opportunities to improve Federal
partners' business processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in a customer-facing
role
Experience in supervising small teams and delegating tasks
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical
stakeholders
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to
resolve multiple ongoing issues
Understanding of Federal Government information needs
