Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Support Manager in
the Compliance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5-10 investigators and oversee their daily
workflow, quality assurance efforts, and provide coaching and
feedback
Conduct fraud investigations of monetary and non-monetary
transactions across various account events
Collaborate with the Fraud and Identity team to create and manage
standard operating procedures, monitor KPIs, and assist with defect
analysis
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing front-line fraud investigators or
analysts
5+ years of experience in fraud analytics or operations with
knowledge of bank operations and regulations
Experience in fraud investigations related to Card, ACH, Wire, and
Check transactions
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Visio)
Knowledgeable of banking regulations impacting lending and retail
banking
