Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist for Account Management,
Inventory, and Customer Relations.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, serving
as the main point of contact for business continuity and
collaboration with internal departments
Manage key accounts, including reporting on product and order
status, providing customer account correspondence, and executing
product launches
Analyze and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely
shipment and delivery, and resolving shipping or order
discrepancies
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in customer service operations
Knowledge and understanding of customer service operations
Ability to read and interpret complex business and technical
documents
Ability to solve problems with semi-standardized solutions and
follow prescribed procedures
