A company is looking for a FP&A Business Manager in
Mechanical & Thermal Engineering Sciences Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic goals and multi-year business plan
Manage financial performance and reporting
Lead and inspire a team of financial analysts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 9 years' experience in finance or similar;
Or, Master's Degree and 7 years' experience in finance or similar;
Or, PhD and 4 years' experience in finance or similar
Previous management and budget adherence experience and/or
significant leadership in an individual contributor role
Strong business acumen and financial savvy
Strong experience with financial planning and Business Intelligence
systems
Strong computer and business solutions software skills
