Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Development and Capture Federal Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all Business Development and Capture activities and enhance go-to-market strategies to win large, strategic pursuits and retain existing business
Develop and build a growth pipeline aligned with company objectives and execute specific opportunity capture plans
Engage with executive customers, acquisition leaders, and industry councils to shape requirements and introduce capabilities

Required Qualifications:

15+ years of Federal Business Development experience, selling to Federal Civilian, Health, and Defense agencies
Proven track record of leading growth initiatives and winning large human capital contracts in the federal market
Strong network of customer contacts and comprehensive understanding of federal contracting and budgeting processes
Experience managing senior personnel and mentoring business development, capture, and proposal talent
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
