** Operations Procurement, Inventory & Logistics Manager****Job Category****:** Corporate Operations **Requisition Number****:** PROCU002746 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**- Develops and implements policies and procedures related to purchasing, logistics and inventory with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow, cost control. (5%) - Manage ALL product/inventory and Services from purchase through delivery assuring we are compliant with applicable customs regulations, freight forwarders, and 3PL procedures. (25%) - Inventory reconciliation of POs against receipts, monitoring inventory levels and SKU replenishment. Ensure vendor and spend data integrity, ongoing spend analysis, reporting and reconciliation. Manage and maintain MDM, product portfolio and phase out process (25%) - Manage the PO process from origin to destination understanding Incoterms, HTS codes, negotiating and communicating with transportation carriers, customs, and internal/external suppliers and vendors. Manage the GS1 UPC database including assigning new and existing SKUs UPC numbers. (25%)- Manage procurement associate for corporate purchasing card and travel process. (15)- Perform other reasonable duties assigned (5%)**MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:*** Collaborate with field personal (our centers), Corporate Operations team, Finance, and business stakeholders to develop and implement inventory and logistics practices driving organizational results that drive business outcomes aligned to short- and long-term growth strategies* Collaborate with internal and external business partners (suppliers, vendors, 3PLs, transportation teams) for value added services, products service levels* Collaborate with leadership to develop new strategic projects and initiatives relating to purchasing and logistics* Must be able to do and understand analytics and be responsible with accountability tofollow up /follow through and own this**KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:**- Accurate monthly inventory reconciliations purchase orders, invoices vs receipt- Inventory being fluid in the field at centers and 3PL warehouses without shortages/backorders- Product being ordered/replenished and delivered in a timely cost-effective manner- Ensure all product is compliant, regulatory and customs brokers both domestic and international- Establish and monitor KPIs for logistics, procurement, lead times, cost, Replenishment models and Product Quality.- SMART goals as agreed with Manager**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field* Minimum 3 years in purchasing and/or inventory control, logistics or accounting required. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and centers. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:** **Motivations****:** **Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
