Within the renewable energy space, we have upwards of 60 clients that we can introduce our candidates to!Lead Software Product Manager Overview: I recently started working on an exciting Lead Product Software Product Owner to work on EV Charging Integration on the Software and Hardware side of the business. The company itself is one of the largest independent solar energy and energy storage owner operators who also just established a MASSIVE partnerships with one of the leading Global Automotive OEM's! They are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Product Manager with EV charging experience to lead the development of software products that power their EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software (hands on or industry exposure) product management, deep knowledge of the EV charging industry, and a passion for delivering innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.Lead Software Product Manager - EV Charging Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating product road-maps, and overseeing the development of product features and functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineering, design, operations, and business development to ensure product requirements are met and products are launched successfully.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
• Involved with every stage of the the initial RFP, development and implementation of customized solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and use that knowledge to inform product strategy and innovation in areas such as CPMS and eMSP platformsLead Software Product Manager - EV Charging Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software product management, with a focus on developing full term Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of OCPP protocols and frameworks
  • Deep understanding of the EV charging industry, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product adoption.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team of product managers.
