- Hours Of Operation: Monday Through Friday From 8am To 5pm &
Saturdays From 9am To 4pm
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with
"on-call availability" and must be able to travel within operating
territory with limited notice

ContributionJob Description:This is an exciting opportunity for an

and grow a successful franchise business! The General Manager will

The three primary responsibilities of the General Manager are:
- Daily Operations, Team Management, & Communication: Provide
leadership and daily support to direct and indirect reports within
the team. This includes training, coaching, and mentoring
installers, providing expert technical assistance, and building
relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met. Strong
ability to manage inventory, while leading high-performing teams,
and ensuring all safety guidelines are followed. Striving for clear
communication to ensure that expectations, feedback, and objectives
are clearly understood, through regular employee touch-points,
customer feedback loops, and weekly meetings with franchise
owners.
- Sound Financial Decision Making: As a part of the role, The
General Manager will also be responsible for understanding, and
actively participating with franchise owners in, budgeting, and
setting KPI's for the team. This includes creating and managing the
budget for the team, analyzing the financial performance of the
company, and setting key performance indicators to measure the
team's success. The General Manager will also be responsible for
monitoring the performance of the team against these KPIs, and
taking corrective action where necessary to ensure the team is
meeting their targets and contributing to the overall success of
the company.Business Development: In addition, the General Manager
will also be responsible for business development, identifying new
business opportunities, and building relationships with potential
clients to increase revenue and grow the company's customer base.
The General Manager will also be responsible for networking,
building and maintaining relationships with key industry
stakeholders and partners, and identifying new business
opportunities through networking and industry events.Required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience in custom
glass installation, training and/or servicing on-site in a
commercial/construction setting required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a lead, supervisory
or management role in the custom glass and hardware installation
industry requiredValid state driver's license requiredAdditional
Qualifications:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a lead, supervisory,
or management role in the custom glass and hardware installation
industry preferred
- Sales or business development experience
- Technical certifications
- Project Management Certification
- Prior experience directly managing a team of sales and hourly
employees
- Experience using glass, metal framework and hardware
installation equipment and processes
- Experience with CRM software, performance management systems,
etc.
- Knowledge of project management, resources allocation,
installer utilization and cost control
- Possess an understanding of job financial reports and the
ability to apply these to cost containment in managing
projects
- Demonstrated ability to conduct weekly meetings and report on
project activity
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and
specifications
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
for Construction ProjectsBe technically adept and have experience
with common Microsoft Office, web-based systems, and
conferencing/video technologyCompensation & Benefits Details:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to:

- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances
such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires,
ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.Must be able to
drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time
