Ledgent Technology is seeking an E-Commerce Manager.Candidates must have 3+ years of experience managing an e-commerce website using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.This is a full-time ONSITE position located in Boca Raton, FL. NO remote work.What you will be doing:Drive product assortment, content, and pricing for the websiteFunction closely with Operations to provide sales forecasts to ensure inventory availabilityCreate and execute weekly online merchandising and promotional calendarsProduce new selling strategies (bundling, exclusives, custom offerings)Control website and email content creationEmail segmentation and deploymentOversee the customer databaseAddress and approve consumer reviewsDrive the affiliate channelWork with the DTC team on website operations, SEO, and user experienceTeam with Consumer Marketing, DTC Operations, and the agency on the social, influencer, and paid search campaignsWhat you should bring to the table:Degree in related field3+ years: Experience managing an e-commerce website3+ years: Using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of web design and usabilityProven experience managing influencer and affiliate programsSEO, social media, and paid searchProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ExcelSuperior written and oral communication skills in EnglishDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects successfullyBONUS:Managing an e-commerce website in a durable goods company All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
