Modernizing Medicine is hiring aDirector of Customer Success is to
lead and oversee the account management team in working with
assigned clients to optimize our customer experience and investment
in Modernizing Medicine products and solutions.
Your Role:
- Hires, mentors, develops, and performance manages a team of
Customer Success Managers
- Owns a strategic book of business and achievement of goals such
as retention, expansion, client satisfaction, and product
utilization
- Sets direction for the team, collaborating with peer CS
Management leaders on shared initiatives
- Handles large/urgent client escalations; advocates on behalf of
clients for resolution and engages senior leadership
appropriately
- Understands customer journey and milestones, assesses trends,
and shares data-driven insights for decision making
- Ensures the execution and continued improvement of proactive
customer touchpoints
- Fosters positive relationships with internal and external
partners
- Maintains working knowledge of client industry, product, and
market landscape
- Work collaboratively with Vice President in defining
organizational goals and strategic plans, represents CS Leadership
in various cross-functional initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strategic thinker, also able to "roll up the sleeves" on
tactics
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable presenting to
groups
- Expert in time management, able to prioritize for team,
managers, and self -
- Gracefully accepts and gives constructive feedback
- Demonstrates and fosters a positive team dynamic
- Twelve plus years' experience; five years of management
responsibility.
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
- Excellent business acumen and functional area expertise.
