Job Description:
Executive Assistant / Office Manager Full-Time - Part-Time The
ALS Group is looking for a bright, energetic self-starter to join
our team. The position will be an in office 5 days a week role and
work directly with the Firm's Owner. This role will manage the day
to day and lead our Florida office as well as support the
administrative functions for the Firm's Owner and the Client
activity he manages. The ALS Group is an insurance advisory firm
providing insurance consulting services to business and industry
for over 25 years. Our firm provides outsourced risk management
services to a diverse base of clients ranging in size from
mid-market regional companies to large national accounts. Our
clients are involved in many industries such as retail, real
estate, construction, manufacturing, energy, etc. We work closely
with our clients as their "outsourced risk manager" and assist in
the design, management, and purchase of their corporate
insurance/risk management programs. We work in a fast-paced
environment where the ability to multi-task and excellent
communication skills are essential. We are a fee-based advisory
