Executive Assistant / Office Manager Full-Time - Part-Time The ALS Group is looking for a bright, energetic self-starter to join our team. The position will be an in office 5 days a week role and work directly with the Firm's Owner. This role will manage the day to day and lead our Florida office as well as support the administrative functions for the Firm's Owner and the Client activity he manages. The ALS Group is an insurance advisory firm providing insurance consulting services to business and industry for over 25 years. Our firm provides outsourced risk management services to a diverse base of clients ranging in size from mid-market regional companies to large national accounts. Our clients are involved in many industries such as retail, real estate, construction, manufacturing, energy, etc. We work closely with our clients as their "outsourced risk manager" and assist in the design, management, and purchase of their corporate insurance/risk management programs. We work in a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are essential. We are a fee-based advisory practice that does not broker or sell insurance. Our main office is located in Woodbridge, NJ and the open Office Administrator/Executive Assistant role is in the South Florida Office located at 1900 Glades Road Boca Raton, FL (Palm Beach County). General Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant/ Office Management role;
  • Excellent technology, organizational and problem solving skills are a must;
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to handle a large volume of email communication and balance that with competing demands at any given time;
  • Excellent communication, time management and follow up skills;
  • Travel to NJ office approx. 1x per quarter/onboarding and training as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision while connecting with the NJ team and collaborating daily on workflow/any open items.
  • Ability to travel to the ALS Florida office at 1900 Glades Road, Boca Raton
