• Communicate with dealership contacts to establish and maintain project timeline and expectations
• Coordinate internal resources to effectively ensure a successful launch and delivery of the product
• Develop and maintain project documentation and accurately document all communication with the customer
• Identify any roadblock to installation and work with the customer and other departments to resolve

    • Experience with automotive software or within a dealership environment, especially if DMS related
    • Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Docs
