Position Summary:
The Associate Director, CRM & Retention Marketing candidate is an
exceptional marketing leader in strategic thinking, planning,
digital marketing, customer engagement, expansion, retention, and
cross-functional collaboration. The Associate Director will set a
long-term vision and strategy for B2B customer lifecycle marketing,
including customer onboarding, expansion, and retention. This
position will partner with the sales, customer success, technology,
ecommerce, and product management teams to develop a coordinated,
omni-channel experience for customers. This leader will set a
multi-quarter roadmap, prioritizing multiple initiatives.
The Associate Director, CRM & Retention Marketing will drive
execution, measure KPIs, and deliver results. They will build the
infrastructure needed to customize, automate and scale campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader, able to
communicate effectively to executives, colleagues, customers, and
agency partners. Additionally, the right person for this role has a
drive for understanding the B2B customer and end user, testing,
making data-driven decisions, and delivering results.
