Job DescriptionEnterprise Software Quality Assurance ManagerEstablished Financial Services industry leader has an immediate need for an Enterprise QA Software Engineering Manager to join their growing team. The person in this role will lead a blended manual/automation QA team responsible for testing enterprise software applications in a B2B financial services organization. They will lead data migration verification and functional/integration testing including testing applications built by outsourced vendors. They will partner with business users, business analysts, developers, and vendors to identify requirements, test strategies, and ensure software application quality is maintained. Excellent team management/team building experience including managing workloads and on-time project delivery is required.Responsibilities: Guides the direction of process/program practices and methodologies for Test Engineering Responsible for ensuring the delivery and quality of all projects. Responsible for training and supporting the QA team in testing methods and tools to support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Oversees the creation of test plans and strategies. Review and improve procedures and controls to ensure best practices are consistently met. Identify and communicate support tracing issues to relevant development teams.Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in all phases of testing, including functional testing, non-functional testing, risk-based testing, stress/load/ volume/performance, browser compatibility, etc. 5+ years of experience leading technology teams in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. BS or related degree and 7+ years of hands-on QA and/or software development experience. Knowledge of data privacy issues and best practices. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. Must be able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Must be analytical and have creative problem-solving abilities. Must have strong experience in application architecture. Experience with Automated Testing Tools. Financial Services industry experience is preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of accessibility best practices and testing techniques Knowledge of mobile app testing techniques Knowledge of Tosca, qTest, JAWS and AQA.
