OverviewThe Vice President, PPS Service Strategy and Performance will be responsible for setting consistent standards, processes and policies for field service and service support operations nationwide. The qualified candidate will direct and oversee the strategic integration of service and other business units to ensure overall customer satisfaction across the nation. Also, this individual will be responsible for implementing short and long terms goals that are consistent with the company's direction and making sure all service units work together to execute and achieve targets. In addition, this role will execute company goals and values through managers for accuracy and efficiency and be esponsible for overall profit and loss of the national service operation.
Responsibilities- Executes company initiatives through strategic planning, alignment and communication nationwide. - Reviews all financial and productivity results from Base and Area Markets. Provides feedback to Senior level service management, on opportunities to improve upon and areas of opportunity in order to reach company revenue goals. - Manages the national service profit and loss and how it correlates to overall company profitability. - Sets goals and objectives for service nationally, to ensure company standards & quality productivity are being met and customer satisfaction is achieved. - Maintains a schedule of periodic contact with key accounts and potential key customers to inquire about service satisfaction and potential service needs. - Heavy interaction with the CUSA, Vice President, Sales, Sr. level Service Management and Sr. level Support Management to update current results and identify areas that require improvement in order to achieve company goals and sustain a competitive edge. - Executes ongoing communication with all levels of Service Management through staff meetings to update current results and identify areas that require improvement in order to meet the national company service goals. - Provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objections. - Creates the service organization manpower and financial budget each year. - Conducts staff meetings.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus more than 15 years of related experience. - Extensive knowledge of several disciplines and ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas. - Requires extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of major segments of the Organization. - May require national travel, including overnights (valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record necessary).
