MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an on-site Sales and
Customer Service Training Manager who will create, develop, and
facilitate all Patient Services and Operations training to assess
trainee's skills and capabilities to make recommendations regarding
next steps. Additionally, the role continues to manage, and coach
assigned trainees during their initial 90-day introductory period,
ensuring trainees have demonstrated sufficient knowledge and work
performance to advance past trainee status. This role reports to
senior leadership and works collaboratively with departmental
leadership to ensure a smooth transition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates, develops, and facilitates on-site and virtual training
programs to ensure proper comprehension and retention of required
training content. Works closely with departmental leadership to
develop course materials and receive feedback.
Assesses trainees' capabilities, i.e., sales, customer service
skills, comprehension, etc. and communicates timely with management
regarding progress of trainees during training periods.
Creates, communicates, and maintains trainee evaluations and
testing records and makes recommendations regarding placement, OJT,
or termination if training standards are not achieved.
Creates material based on content provided by leadership for
training of new team members, and up-training of existing team
members. Ensures materials are updated timely when processes change
or are no longer in effect.
Develops and maintains strong relationship with leadership teams.
Confers with team to gain knowledge of work situations requiring
training and to ensure understanding of changes in policies,
procedures, business initiatives and technologies.
Informs leaders of changes or need of change to training materials.
Creates material for all up-training programs and reviews,
evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends
Provides ongoing coaching, direction, and feedback to new hires
until transitioned to their respective department leaders.

Education / Experience / Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and at least
three years related business experience; or equivalent combination
of education and experience where two years related experience

managing others, preferably in sales and/or service-based contact
Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating effective sales
