The Senior Catering Manager will promote the Club's dining
facilities for private banquets, business and social meetings and
other member-related activities. The Senior Catering Manager
develops agreements and oversees all administrative and operational
aspects of preparing and executing events. The Senior Catering
Manager works with banquets and other departments to ensure that
the members and guests expectations are exceeded.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
-Arranging and maintaining the Master Calendar (Northstar).
Communication link between members, all departments, and management
regarding conflicts, changes, etc.
-Private Parties/Member Functions/Outside Events
-Assist in planning all arrangements required for member functions
(golf, tennis, bridge, house, etc.)
-Initial contact for members regarding private function
-Working closely with the Executive Chef to create menus for
-Assist members in all phases of party planning (vendors, d cor,
rental equipment, etc.)
-Liaison between vendors and members regarding any private
-Responsible for arranging and distributing all the necessary
information to the Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Garde Manger,
Director of Purchasing, Director of Food and Beverage, Banquet
-Responsible for all private party billing
-Assist Director of Food and Beverage with the execution of member
events, when required.
-Provide guidance, training and mentorship to the Catering Manager
and Catering Coordinator Associated topics: assistant general
manager, day manager, director, floor manager, general operations
manager, manager, operations manager, produce manager, restaurant
general manager, shift manager
