The OpportunityAs a key member on the Total Rewards team, you will support the Senior Director, Total Rewards Optimization partnering with the Business and heads of Global Compensation, Benefits and Executive Compensation to identify, prioritize and execute on programs that will improve the return on rewards spend, the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and increased employee engagement. This could be a 100% remote role for the right Candidate.The RoleThought Leadership, Strategy and Analytics

  • Use analytics and market research techniques to support a strategy to transform our Total Rewards practices from functional programs to holistic rewards that employees value
  • Assess the return on our Total Rewards investment as well as the impact of Rewards offerings on our workforce by combining employee preferences with financial data.
  • Assist in developing a business case and roadmap for Rewards Transformation which aligns with the HR Strategy, and investment requirements of the businessProcess Improvement
    • Partner with HR Operations, HR Systems, Compensation and Benefits to identify and act on key process improvement opportunities to improve the employee experience, and overall efficiency and effectiveness of core processes. Understand root cause analysis relating to data and systems issues and assist with development of robust data governance.
    • Develop and improve operating model for compensation and benefits operations ensuring the right work is done in the right place (i.e. local HR teams, Global Rewards Functions, Global Operations and Systems)
    • Work with HR Operations and systems teams to best leverage existing/planned technology investments to support employee and rewards processes, and identify new tools that can complement this foundation and deliver value
    • Develop and support programs that are included in annual planning medium term planning processes and aligned with the HR and Rewards RoadmapExecution
      • Provide strong project leadership using best practices and internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and on budget
      • Engage with Change management team to ensure changes are well supported with stakeholders, business leaders and support functions
      • Measure impact of proposed changes to ensure business outcomes are tangibleYour skills and experience
        • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology or other appropriate discipline
        • Minimum 7 years' experience in a medium/large organization in a compensation, benefits, or total rewards role
        • Strong knowledge of HR administration/analytical software, reporting tools and processes; knowledge of Workday is strongly preferred
        • Strong communication and relationship building skills at all levels, with the ability to interpret and summarise data. Ability to influence outcomes and educate global groups and functions.
        • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
        • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and provide fast and cost-effective solutions
        • Advanced numerical, data (MS Excel) and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to execute that analysis through excellent written and verbal communication
        • Strong focus on execution excellence and ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity simultaneously.
        • Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.
        • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
        • Excellent project management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
        • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
