• Oversee operational processes for optimized productivity
• Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areasResponsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day team members, and ensure their completion of performance goals as assigned
  • Train new employees as needed
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
  • Ensure continual communication with upper managementSkills and qualifications
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
    • Strong decision-making ability
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to meet/exceed deadlines
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
    • Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable via strong follow-up skills
    • Generate and analyze daily reports, looking out for any error or inconsistency in results
    • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
    • Knowledgeable of intra-office professionalismPreferred qualifications
      • Performance-evaluation experience
