Due to our ongoing success and as we position ourselves for further growth, Sage Dental is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our dental field staff positions. Experience with full-cycle recruitment for field staff positions in a DSO environment is critical - specifically, Office Managers, Dental Assistants, Treatment Coordinators and Receptionists. Sage Dental branded practices are supported by Sage Dental Management, a dental support organization that provides non-clinical business support to licensed, independent dentists.Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Staff Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process related to field staff positions, which includes partnering with the Operations team and Senior Leadership to find, recruit, hire and retain talented candidates. In addition to maintaining a small requisition load, this position will supervise and oversee the Staff Recruiters and provide support, communication and guidance to increase the team's performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, achievement of operational goals and a strong candidate experience. The selected individual must demonstrate the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with all levels of the organization. Building, growing and sustaining Sage's employment brand with positive implications on attracting new talent is key. This position requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail along with the ability to be a player/coach overseeing the Staff Recruitment team while exemplifying finding new talent for Sage.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Lead, oversee and supervise Staff Recruiters; including hiring and training new team members.Recruit for assigned open Support Center positions and Field Staff positions, maintaining a strong collaboration and partnership with Support Center and Field hiring managers.Refine hiring plans and strategies in order to meet aggressive hiring goals.Monitor recruiting KPIs; create and present KPI reports and weekly Recruitment Reports assuring timeliness and accuracy of reporting.Monitor and track requisition statuses to ensure an efficient full-cycle recruitment process.Develop a robust pipeline of talent for field staff roles.Use creative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.Build job descriptions, interview guides, and scorecards in our Applicant Tracking System.Review alerts for pre-employment background checks.Hold routine Team meetings and 1:1 calls with Recruiters.Establish and oversee Dental Assistant Externships with local DA schools; coordinating with Operational leadership.Develop procedures to improve the candidate experience.Attend dental conferences and career/college fairs and similar events.Coordinate conference attendance, including registering and securing booths, booking hotels and travel, mailing and receiving recruitment collateral, and entering contacts into ATS.Build strong relationships and deliver results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years recruiting experience in the dental field, preferably for field staff positions - Office Managers, Dental Assistants and front desk staff.Previous management experience, highly preferred.Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with hiring managers and other business leaders.In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.Experience developing and executing passive sourcing strategies to creatively attract top talent in the industry by using internet sourcing techniques and sites and full recruiting life-cycle background.Ability to lead and motivate employees remotely.A strong work ethic and sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success is critical.Must be extremely organized and process oriented with the ability to maintain attention to detail while multitasking.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management skills.Strong working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Ability to travel as needed.Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.
