The Case Manager will assist in coordinating and facilitating the employee's return to temporary or alternate work for employees with non-occupational and occupational injuries or illnesses. The individual will also function as the liaison and collaborate with employees, health care providers, Leave/Disability providers/vendors and key internal personnel within BHSF to effectively manage cases.Qualifications:Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse Additional Qualifications: Bachelors in Nursing degree from an accredited program. Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience required and 2 years experience in Disability/Workers Compensation case management preferred.
