Job Description Double G Construction is one of Florida's premier tile roofing contractors. We are an A rated, 15 year company that is rapidly growing. We are immediately looking for a tile roofing production manager to join us and help grow our operation. Job Summary: Work alongside the Production Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and control of Tiled Roof construction projects and assist in any and all aspects of the production process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a liaison between the project manager and subcontractors and salesmen Assist in ordering materials and ensure on-time deliveries/account for material deliveries and inventory for multiple projects Deliver materials to subcontractors at multiple job sites Visit project sites to determine if the scope of work is being followed/ track any deviations on multiple projects simultaneously Enforce job site safety; organization and cleanliness on all job sites Manage tools and equipment at all time Ensure on-time completion of work of supervised projects Job closeout/quality control inspections REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of Tile Roofing construction methods and procedures Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills Knowledge of CRM systems; Microsoft office; google docs Knowledge of OSHA regulations and requirements; ability to follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all projects Proven working experience in construction management QUALIFICATIONS: Construction Experience Two (2) to five (5) years in the tile roofing/siding industry Ability to work in various working conditions and environments Ability to travel to our other Florida offices/markets as needed (Tampa, Orlando, Naples, etc) TO APPLY: Please email your resume.
