messages and drive their products' sell-through like never before!

attribution.Our headquarters are in Boca Raton, FL where the
majority of our 160 employees are located, and we have additional
office locations in Seattle, WA and Toronto, Canada.Position
Overview:The Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for the full
oversight, and preparation for all payroll, payroll tax, and
benefit-related processes and reconciliations. This position will
liaise with ADP to process Multi-State Payroll for 200+ employees
across well as establish payroll processing for the company. In
addition, this role will ensure full tax compliance is adhered to.
This role will also act as the Benefits expert for the Company and
ensure proper Benefits allocations, entries, and enrollment
support.Roles and Responsibilities:Payroll
- Process timely and accurate weekly, multi-state payroll for
submission to payroll provider ADP.
- Manage the post-payroll functions and ensure processes are
completed timely and accurately including payroll taxes, time and
attendance records, payroll deductions, and accrual entries for the
entire organization.
- Ensure accurate calculations of wages, tax withholdings,
benefit deductions, and other deductions.
- Report, update, and process all employee earnings and
deductions.
- Review, interpret and forward garnishments, levies, and child
support orders in accordance with Federal, State, and local
regulations to ADP.
- Ensure that the employee self-service portal is accurate with
the processing of W-4,
- Act as the Payroll System Primary Administrator and Subject
Matter Expert. This includes assigning training for new users,
building reports for Company managers as requested, maintaining
system SOPs, and continuing to revise best practices within the
system and/ or payroll/tax/benefits procedures.
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits, time &
attendance, and payroll Oversee and process deductions and payments
for employees on Leaves of Absence.
- Maintain all payroll files and backup in accordance with legal
requirements.Benefits
- Communicates or oversees communications of all benefits plans
for new hires, including supporting the online enrollment
process.
- Manage the open enrollment process and communication with
Employees.
- Maintain tracking, issue invoices, and collect Benefits
Insurance contributions due to the Company from employees on
LOA.
- Audit and reconcile the monthly benefit allocations for all
inter-co affiliates. Review for accuracy, coding, and payment.
- Act as the Administrator and Subject matter expert for the
web-based Benefits enrollment platform (currently in Employee
Navigator).
- Administer all employee benefits which include medical, dental,
vision, 401k, Supplemental coverage plans, and COBRA.
- Maintain employee benefits files in accordance with Federal,
State, and local guidelines.
- Assist A/P to ensure all benefits are paid on a timely
basis.401(k)
- Ensure accurate 401(k) deductions and review of loan
processing.
- Provide accurate data for 5500 Form completion.
- Assist with annual or periodic 401k audits as well as periodic
service provider reviews.Tax Compliance
- Maintain all Group and subsidiary withholding, SUI, disability,
Garnishment accounts in positive standing.Requirements:
- Must have at least 3+ years of processing Multistate
Payroll
- Must have at least 2 years of processing Canadian Payroll
- Experience with ADP Workforce required.
- Able to multi-task and work with multiple interruptions.
- Must be able to deal with confidential matters and information
professionally and tactfully.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written communication skills and solid presentation
skills.
- Ability to prioritize and follow through to achieve results and
meet deadlines to meet the needs of the business.
- Working knowledge of relevant federal and state wage and hour
laws.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the
organization.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Must be located locally, in or near Boca Raton, FL
- Extensive experience in payroll administration and dealing with
state tax requirements. Hands-on experience with multiple payrolls
in multiple states including manual processing.
- Deep understanding in various benefits programs and hands-on
experience in setting up and administering benefits.
- Experience in setting up and administering retirement plans.
Deep understanding of different types of employee retirement plans
and legal requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple
tasks and a high volume of work by established deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently and is a collaborative
team player.
- Experience with HRIS systems and computer software applications
including Excel, Word, payroll, benefits, time & attendance,
etc.
- Broad knowledge of general Human Resources principles,
policies, and procedures and multi-state experience.
- Requires an Associate's/Bachelor's Degree (or Expected
Graduation by 2021) in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science,
Marketing, Accounting, Psychology or related degree.What are we
