Job Description:

Senior Product ManagerADT is searching for a Senior Product Manager with experience managing software teams and product roadmaps for our various applications and platforms. In this role, candidate will work with the business and engineering teams to spec new products and features, work with engineering and vendors to beta test the products and features, work with other Product Managers in the group to prioritize the roadmap, and work with our Go To Market teams to bring the product to market. Candidate must have experience in product strategy, requirements gathering, specification development, beta management, UX, and agile project management. Experience in IoT a big win! Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with business, designers, and engineers to design and bring new products to market
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for the business channels they support
• Develop requirements for new products
• Manage projects using appropriate methodology pending team needs
• Manage beta groups
• Develop content for training, marketing, and sales to support the launch of products
• Perform market research to ensure products are best in class in their category Required Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to define product strategy and requirements
  • Experience developing products and bringing them to market
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplined team to get product developed and out to market
  • Experience with usability testing and analyzing user feedback and behavior
  • Familiarity with agile methodology and Scrum
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Bachelors degree or equitant experience required
