We are hiring a Director of Customer Success to lead and oversee the account management team in working with assigned clients to optimize our customer experience and investment in Modernizing Medicine's products and solutions. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will help drive net and growth retention for our customer base, while managing and growing a team.-- You may be a great fit for the Director of Customer Success position if:

      • Own a strategic book of business and achievement of goals such as retention, expansion, client satisfaction, and product utilization.
      • Set direction for the team and collaborate with peer Customer Success Management leaders on shared initiatives.
      • Handle urgent client escalations; Be an advocate on behalf of clients for resolution and engage senior leadership appropriately.
      • Understand the customer journey and milestones, assess trends, and share data-driven insights for decision making.
      • Ensure the execution and continued improvement of proactive customer touchpoints.
      • Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.
      • Maintain working knowledge of client industry, product, and market landscape.
      • Work collaboratively with the Vice President of Customer Success in defining organizational goals and strategic plans, represent Customer Success Leadership in various cross-functional initiatives. Skills & Requirements
        • Bachelor's Degree required.
        • 12+ years Customer Success experience; 5+ years of management responsibility.
        • Strategic thinker, also able to "roll up the sleeves" on tactics.
        • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
        • Excellent business acumen and functional area expertise.
        • Knowledge of SaaS and/or healthcare is a plus!
