DescriptionThis position is responsible for sales and relationship management of the largest Service Providers of the Service Network Department.-- --The candidate should possess strong relationship development, negotiation, operations and time management skills, which will be utilized to prioritize target accounts in line with the company objectives.This position will require frequent travel for the purpose of target and existing account management and new business development. This position will also be responsible for negotiating to manage costs and capacity with our service providers while developing the optimal operational process and KPIs for both parties.--This position will not have direct reports, but will work closely with the Field Service Management, Recruiting and Operations teams.-- This position will report into the head of the Service Network.--Summary of ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of identifying, initiating, developing and closing new large service providers business in targeted markets, within the PEACH trades, IOT, Preventative Maintenance and handy-man services through solution-selling.Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads, company needs and decision makers.Contribute to the Service Network's vision and strategy, maintain awareness of marketplace and competitive trends, recommend areas for improvement.In coordination with the Network leaders in Field Services, Recruiting and Operations, ensure that service area coverage needs are met and contractor pricing negotiations are aligned with area coverage allowing both profitability and service goals to be met or exceeded.Secure strong relationships both internally with peers and in-market.Effectively support transition to regional management team for service provider launch and maintenance.--Keep pipeline info up-to-date and management informed on progress, opportunities, and challenges. Implement Executive reporting for sales progress and existing provider opportunities.Lead searching and participation at key industry conferences, associations and events to increase awareness of CCHS' brand and favorably position the company.Identify, design and implement strategies and business solutions that will enhance relations and B2B programs with independent service contractors, ultimately strengthening CCHS's position within the home services and trade industries.Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.3+ years of experience selling to or working in the Service Provider industry (independent or OEM).Excellent leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.Mastery of field service and management of third-party networks required.Strong written/verbal communication skills. Must possess solution selling and presentation development skills.Must be able to manage the complete sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation, operational implementation and onboarding into the Service Network.Must be a creative thinker to overcome customer objections.Must be able to adapt to and follow differing procedures established by each target service provider.Must conduct self in a professional manner at all times with personnel, customers and venue staff.Strong Power Point, Excel and Word skills.Good with numbers.Travel required to prospect and sell.Preferred Qualifications:--OEM or Service Network experienceService Network trade knowledgeConnected home / IoT knowledgeWorked with Service Bench platform
