  • Team BuilderPosition Summary / Responsibilities:This highly visible position will play a key role in the growth and development of Hollander in the years to come. The CFO will be a collaborative partner with the CEO and key members of the executive management team. The ideal candidate must have the capacity and drive to lead the finance function as Hollander significantly expands its revenues and diversity of its businesses in the U.S. and abroad. The CFO will lead the development of all financial reporting and disclosure for Hollander's executive management team and Board of Directors. In addition, the CFO will be an integral part of the M&A process.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
    • Building and mentoring a world-class finance and accounting team.
    • Working with the CEO to identify, implement and execute an appropriate long-term strategic plan.
    • Understanding and implementing appropriate financial and accounting controls and processes including but not limited to a standard costing system.
    • Developing appropriate internal and external reporting frameworks, including preparation and analysis of financial statements.
    • Supervising and reviewing all financial and accounting output for accuracy and integrity.
    • Developing and maintaining all accounting policies and procedures.
    • Managing key third-party relationships, including audit, tax and bank service providers.
    • Coordinating the preparation of periodic reviews, audits and tax compliance reports..
    • Reviewing contracts as needed.
    • Guiding M&A efforts, including due diligence.
    • Positioning Hollander for a potential IPO or comparable liquidity event.
    • Contributing to periodic management presentations involving the Board of Directors and outside lenders.
    • Completing project-oriented tasks under the direction of the CEOProfessional Qualifications:
      • BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting or finance. Masters degree a plus.
      • Minimum of at least fifteen years of financial and administrative management experience including at least five years as CFO of a $200 million plus manufacturing organization or manufacturing business unit.
      • Strong cost accounting experience and proven experience in implementing accounting and financial systems in a cost effective and practical manner.
      • Thorough knowledge of financial matters and a strong understanding of accounting practices, including GAAP. Strong cash flow management. CPA preferred.
      • Leading the Company's external and internal accounting and financial audits
      • Experienced in preparing financial presentations for the Board of Directors a plus.
      • Experience working in public and private companies; experience with private equity firms a plus.
      • Experience with foreign exchange and international cash management a plus.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
