Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Shift & Pay Candidates must be available to work 1st or 3rd shifts Job Description As a Tech II, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of material handling equipment such as conveyors, 3-phase motors, and gearboxes. You will also be required to complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures. Will perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries. You will be expected to enter downtime data in a daily log and complete PM sheets. Tasked with troubleshooting and identifying problems with equipment, as well as tracking and storing the department's inventory, including spare parts. Skills Equipment Maintenance diagnostic testing mechanical troubleshooting preventative maintenance lockout/tagout Ability to work in a data-driven environment Willingness to walk 10,000 steps per day Openness to working any 10-hour shift Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). Work Environment This role is based in a large distribution facility with high-speed, automated equipment, primarily featuring robotic components. You must be comfortable walking up to 10,000 steps per day and be open to working any 10-hour shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port St. Lucie, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
