Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Well-Being
Coach / Mental Health Clinician position. This position is located
at our Southeast Regional Office in Boca Raton, FL.
The Well-Being Coach/Mental Health Clinician is responsible for
fostering the holistic well-being of independent living residents
through a balanced approach that addresses the dimensions of
wellness. This role combines health coaching with mental health
support, empowering residents to lead fulfilling and healthy
lifestyles in a vibrant retirement community setting. This position
provides clinical support to our residents and serves as a key
member of the interdisciplinary well-being team. The clinician will
provide individual therapy services, behavioral health assessments,
care planning, and behavioral intervention to the
independent-living population within the designated
communities.

Pay Range
$64,000.00 - $78,500.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on
skills and experience.
