Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Support Coach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tutoring assistance and support to students, including
study skills and subject matter support
Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop tutorial support and
programming for successful student outcomes
Document student interactions, collect relevant data, and generate
reports for evaluation and assessment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, Educational studies, or
relevant field
Three years of academic coaching experience or two years of
teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience in a post-secondary
environment
Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends)
Experience working with diverse learner profiles and
traditional/non-traditional college students
Strong experience with distance education and distance learning
students preferred
