Job Description:

A company is looking for an Adult Education Senior Technical Assistance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage workflow, staff, and subject matter expert performance, and deliverables development and delivery
Translate research and best practices into policy development and technical assistance implementation tools and materials
Design, develop, and implement onsite and virtual training and technical assistance throughout the United States

Qualifications:

Master's degree in education or related field with 7+ years of experience in adult education and workforce/career pathways programming, or Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience
At least 5 years of experience in professional development and technical assistance facilitation and materials development
Proficiency and experience in developing online professional development events and training
Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and coordinate complex tasks
Excellent team collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
