as an AT&T Sales Support Representative. 5M Promotions, Inc. is
a dynamic sales and marketing firm currently offering entry level
sales, marketing, customer service, and management positions. We
are currently looking for an organized and highly supportive
AT&T Sales Support Representative to assist us with our growing
number of accounts. This pivotal role working on our AT&T
campaign will directly involve supporting our sales team,
optimizing their efficiency, and contributing to a seamless
customer acquisition experience for our customers. As an AT&T
Sales Support Representative, you will be immersed in a
comprehensive training program, gaining foundational knowledge of
AT&T products and services as well as mastering customer
support logistics and initial customer engagement techniques.
You'll develop expertise in pre-qualifying potential customers,
managing essential sales materials, and accurately capturing
preliminary customer data. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T
Sales Support Representative Engage with potential customers to
qualify and assess them for AT&T service availability, gauging
initial interest and acquisition viability. Provide direct support
to fellow AT&T Sales Representatives, assisting with logistical
tasks and administrative duties to maximize their selling time.
Manage sales materials (brochures, flyers, forms) with information
about relevant AT&T services for representative use. Accurately
input data and track leads using tablets or mobile devices, logging
all potential customer interactions in internal CRM systems. Serve
as an initial welcoming contact for potential customers, offering
basic information on AT&T’s features and benefits. Assist with
the setup/breakdown of AT&T community outreach events and
pop-up stations to maintain a professional presence. Assist in the
daily management of accounts in Fort Lauderdale, including route
planning and team coordination for optimal coverage. Handle basic
customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior Sales
Representatives. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
for all operations, including managing inventory of supplies and
ensuring materials are up-to-date and current. Collaborate
effectively with fellow AT&T Sales Support Representatives to
identify areas where support can enhance sales efficiency and
overall customer experience.
