level. As a Customer Support Team Member, you are a key advocate
for South Shore Marketing, turning inquiries into lasting customer
satisfaction. Assist customers, provide product insights, and
resolve concerns while reinforcing AT&T’s commitment to
excellence in Miami. Every interaction builds trust and fuels
growth—an entry-level role with high potential for driven
professionals. Customer Support Team Member Responsibilities:
Connect with customers introducing them to wireless services
available to them Offer thorough support on AT&T products,
services, and promotions to help customers optimize their
subscriptions Provide direct support for basic AT&T device and
service issues, with escalation for complex problems Efficiently
manage customer accounts with detail and care Respond
empathetically and professionally to customer complaints, aiming
for quick resolution and positive outcomes to build brand loyalty
Continuously improve AT&T product knowledge and refine customer
service and issue resolution skills via training and feedback
