We're currently seeking a Superintendent with proven healthcare construction experience to join our Miami team. Client Details As a Superintendent , you'll oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the on-site leader coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and inspections while maintaining strong client and project team relationships. Description Lead on-site construction activities for healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, medical offices). Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and schedules. Ensure safety compliance and quality control throughout the build. Maintain project documentation and communicate progress with PMs and clients. Resolve field issues quickly and efficiently. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 2 years on healthcare facilities. Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and infection control procedures. Proven leadership and communication skills on active job sites. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
