Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of email and/or direct mail campaign management
experience
Proficiency with marketing databases and platforms like HubSpot
Expertise in data-driven marketing, segmentation, and A/B
testing
Experience optimizing direct mail operations and costs
