Job Description:

Purpose of the role:To develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and CEO who runs a successful psychology based instagram account and learning platform. This individual will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire customers through various marketing channels.Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Develop and own marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Requirements:
  • Experience in or demonstrated understanding of social media channel and community management.
  • Knowledge/understanding of full project pipelines, downstream impacts and various deliverable timelines when working within different marketing mediums (email, website, social media, mobile app, etc.)
  • Ability to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, considering target audience, competitive analysis, and available resources.
  • Self-starter personality who has a sense of online community building.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
