  Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Marketing Traffic and Project Coordinator. The Marketing Traffic and Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of marketing projects. The objective of this role is to keep marketing projects on schedule under pressure and tight deadlines in an environment with shifting priorities. As our Marketing Traffic Coordinator, you will focus on ensuring all projects are being worked on and moved to the next phase of production.
  The Role:

  • 
    Managing the traffic of all marketing projects, monitoring the flow and progress of projects to ensure they are on schedule, and maintain complete and accurate information about each project
    
    
  • 
    Managing the marketing project list including fielding requests for new projects
    
    
  • 
    Creating weekly work lists for each team member based on project statuses, priorities and other variable factors
    
    
  • 
    Running the weekly priority meeting for the marketing leadership team including reviewing the coming week's schedule and new project requests, and addressing any project concerns
    
    
  • 
    Following up with legal department for approval of outstanding projects
    
    
  • 
    Communicating acceptance or denial of all new projects to the requestor with reasoning, if applicable
    
    
  • 
    Ensuring feedback and approval of projects is handled and communicated in a timely manner
    
    
  • 
    Ensuring final projects are stored and cataloged in the appropriate manner and communicated to the appropriate team members
    
    
  • 
    Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for streamlining traffic process
    
    
  • 
    Keeping marketing leadership team apprised of projects in jeopardy of missing deadline
    
    
  • 
    Performing special projects as assigned, including but not limited to data entry and research
    
    
    Skills & Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bachelor's Degree required
      
      
    • 
      2 years of traffic coordination experience in a marketing department or agency
      
      
    • 
      Superb organizational, recall and time management skills
      
      
    • 
      Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality
      
      
    • 
      Basic understanding of marketing & advertising activities
      
      
    • 
      Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve questions
      
      
    • 
      Proactive thinker and problem-solver
      
      
    • 
      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      
      
    • 
      Strong attention to detail
      
      
    • 
      Comfortable multitasking and working in an open team atmosphere
      
      
    • 
      Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
      
      
    • 
      Experience with project management tools a plus, but not required
      
      
    • 
      Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
