-to take it to the next level.
Position Overview:The -Head of Social Media -is responsible for
developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media
and digital initiatives. Develops and executes viral publicity and
promotion campaigns and integrates interactive media into social
media platforms. This position delivers projects that meet the
company's strategic vision and business objectives. The position is
responsible for providing creative direction for all content
creation regarding social media. The Head of Social Media will run
a team of specialists, and a manager.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall social media strategy, application, content
management, planning, crisis management, and goal setting. Lead
crew in the creation of compelling social media content,
- Oversee the day to day posting on 4oceans social media
- Works closely with Brand Marketing Manager to architect
cross-platform marketing programs that support integrated marketing
and advertising sales initiatives.
- Tracks and generates campaign performance reports in
collaboration with research department and via access to analytic
tools (TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat,
- Oversee the development of monthly reports on emerging social
media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive
- Provide the long-term needs of the company's social media
strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and

- 5+ years Social Media experience. Influencing, managing, and
directing a team through cooperative collaboration.
- Experience measuring and making recommendations using
performance measurement tools and metrics.
- Experience with short form video content creation and

campaign activation across video, digital, mobile, social and event
- Excellent copywriting skills.

Founded In 2017, 4ocean was created with the mission to sell a
product that would enable the company to fund a worldwide cleanup
initiative. This is how our first product, the 4ocean bracelet, was
born. Made from recycled materials, every purchase funds the
removal of one pound of trash from the ocean and coastlines. In
less than four years, we have sold enough products to enable us to
pull over 22.7 million pounds of trash from the ocean.
Bracelet sales are just the beginning. We are building an
assortment of high quality, sustainably made products that will
help people reduce their dependence on single-use plastic, reuse
the materials we collect from the ocean, and celebrate the 4ocean
brand and ocean-conscious lifestyle.
Beyond our products, we combat the ocean plastic crisis through
technology, cleanups, influence, and education. We are a for-profit
business, because we believe in creating sustainable, profitable
business models around cleaning the ocean rather than relying on
external funding. Our ocean clean-up operations, currently in the
U.S., Guatemala and Indonesia, are -meticulously documented and
audited for transparency, and are regularly expanding to new
locations and deploying new clean-up technologies. Our operations
employ hundreds of people around the world, pulling trash seven
days a week.
