The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving development and execution of Direct to Consumer acquisition strategies across all marketing channels. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing. In this role, you'll bring your experience in both offline and online marketing and a passion for taking on challenging lead generation and acquisition campaigns. You have particularly strong skills in Paid Search, Display, Paid Social and Affiliate Marketing. You have a demonstrated ability to develop creative campaigns and programs that will lead to the generation of qualified traffic and convert visitors into leads, and ultimately convert those visitors into consumers. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of marketing campaign strategies as well as the execution of outbound and inbound elements that support the business's overall growth objectives.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Marketing, develop and drive campaign and program budgets to target KPIs, with a vision of meeting and preferably exceeding program objectives.
  • Generate new marketing leads through the conversion and optimization of onsite traffic through landing pages, calls-to-action and lead generation content. Support the Marketing team with continuous "test and learn" approaches to paid media.
  • Identify opportunities that will lead to growth and enhancement of existing marketing initiatives in online channels, as well as identify and execute new online channels or campaigns that can drive acquisition and profitability for the business. Outline the path and plan from initial test to scalability.
  • Work with digital agency and analytics teams to provide strategic input during campaign planning to maximize potential.
  • Measure marketing results and analyze the detailed performance of each campaign to determine effectiveness and identify key drivers and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and report the findings to senior marketing management and key company stakeholders. Develop competitive brand promotions and campaigns.
  • Work with the Content team in the creation of display and video campaigns across various platforms.
  • Lead and coordinate SEO efforts, prioritizing and tracking the implementation of content and technical recommendations from agencies and internal team.
  • Use marketing metrics and performance data to determine departmental prioritization and budget. Required Qualifications -
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent working experience).
    • At least 5 years' experience with emphasis in online marketing. Successful track record working within paid digital channels. Prior experience as a Performance Marketing Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment preferred.
    • Experience managing digital performance media teams (in-house or agency).
    • Proficiency with SEO and SEM, including Google Search Console, BrightEdge (or similar tools), Google AdWords and Bing.
    • Proficiency with web analytics (Google Analytics preferred).
    • Proficiency with paid social media, display/programmatic and native advertising platforms.
    • Familiarity with audience suppression and lookalike modeling tactics.
    • Experience with lead nurturing, email marketing, CRM and marketing automation. Understanding of CAN-SPAM and TCPA a plus.
    • Experience working with both inbound and outbound lead generation, including integration with call centers and an understanding of call center KPIs. -
    • Familiarity with inbound call tracking tools such as Invoca.
    • A sound understanding of direct response metrics as well as an ability to measure campaign ROI and a proven track record of assessing tangible results for a business. -
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create and present reports to senior management and key stakeholders. You're able to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise and easily understandable manner; clearly defend your analyses and conclusions; and deliver proposals convincingly.
    • Able to effectively execute in a cross-functional setting and clearly translate marketing campaign requirements to Marketing Operations, Content, Analytics, Development, Legal and Creative teams.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with an ability to draw insights and analyze large data sets. -
    • Extremely proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for the purpose of creating visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for senior management, collaborators and stakeholders.
    • Comfort with project management and tracking tools such as Workfront, MS Project, JIRA and Trello.
    • Must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inspire the same in others.
    • Must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects. Ability to stay composed in stressful or uncertain situations.
    • Great people skills and attitude, with an ability to form strong and meaningful relationships.
