Title: Marketing Specialist (Digital) Location: Hybrid position in the New York, NY or Boca Raton, FL offices. EPIC---s Financial Services division (Vanbridge) is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. Seeking a detail-oriented person with good project management skills, strong writing, and digital marketing experience to assist the Director of Marketing in executing the company---s key marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Include Assist in the planning, producing, and execution of all marketing related tasks Work across a broad range of projects from concept to delivery Assist in the creation of content including marketing/sales collateral, emails, social media posts, website copy, landing pages, etc. Assist in the development & delivery of executive-level presentations Update the firm---s websites Proofread and edit marketing content, ensuring a consistent voice Support digital marketing efforts and contribute to digital marketing strategy Assist in planning marketing events as required Update and maintain marketing and business development documents Qualifications The right candidate will be someone who has a bachelor---s degree, preferably in a relevant field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications along with the following qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications required. Experience with B2B industry and/or insurance background preferred. Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and content standards across social networks, email marketing and print.
